he didnt win the contest so now hes an adoptable, heres the rules

rules:
1.this is not first come first serve, i will choose one person from those who submit drawings within a week
2.character is submitted to , so anyone wanting to adopt will need to contact them with a drawing, name, bio, etc as an application, then i will review any possible adopters and choose whom i think he should go to
3.you must use your own lineart
4.you cannot change their design but you can give them accessories
5.name can be changed
6.you cannot change his species, he must stay a wolf
7.you cannot change their gender unless i state other wise
